Stories / The NOW Massage

The cities change. The results don’t.

Six different owners run The NOW Massage’s ten boutiques across Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta and Nashville. They share one playbook: local creators, tracked links. 302 collaborations later, every city tells the same story. Their creator links have drawn 1,988 taps since April, and 275 people have claimed an offer.

How a collaboration becomes an ongoing referral channel

A creator applies to a campaign at her city’s NOW Massage, books a visit, takes it, and publishes a post. That is the campaign, and the post is the start of it. The post keeps working on its own long after it goes up, circulating on her feed and reaching people months after the initial collaboration.

Another thing that outlasts the campaign is the Local Edit, the creator’s own recommendation page, listing the places she endorses and carrying a tracked link to her city’s boutique. The Local Edit lives on her profile alongside her posts, so anyone who visits her page for any reason can find it, whether or not a campaign is running.

Across five cities, 302 completed collaborations came from 255 distinct creators and generated at least 452,950 post views. The campaigns received 812 applications for 302 available spots.

Dallas’s four boutiques run under two separate accounts, so it appears twice. Every account runs the same playbook — local creators, the same offer, tracked links — and every figure on this page is measured across the network as a whole.

A lead is what Roeme calls it when someone drops their information on a creator’s link to claim an offer. That means a full name, an email address and a phone number, handed over to claim a specific deal. It is a far stronger signal than a click, and The NOW Massage has recorded 275 of them since April.

Isabella’s Local Edit lives in her Instagram bio. Many people find it there, but she also sends it to friends when they ask. A tap on the Local Edit opens the claim form. Every completed form hands the boutique a name.

The recommendations keep working after the visit ended

Since tracking opened on April 9, creator links have drawn 1,988 taps from 929 different people. 87% of unique clicks arrived after the collaboration had already closed. Tracked activity appears in every post-campaign period shown, and more than a fifth arrived three months or more after close.

One creator’s link shows the pattern up close

She visited a Phoenix boutique on April 30 and currently has 2,545 Instagram followers. Through July 26, her link reached 112 different people: three in late April, 39 in May, 37 in June and 33 in July to date.

The creators behind the results

The six highest-traffic creator links span Phoenix, Dallas and Atlanta and range from 4,357 to 182,000 followers. Their order shows why The NOW Massage benefits from measuring each creator’s traffic rather than relying on audience size alone.

“I’m obsessed. I used to spend hours every week reminding people about posts, answering the same questions, chasing deliverables. Roeme just does it. I get my time back, and the creators have a better experience too.”

Takeaway: The NOW Massage could never have picked these creators by follower count.

what the tracking misses

Roeme only counts unique taps and offer claims, and the same recommendation travels where a link cannot follow: a DM, a group chat, a mention in a voiceover, a conversation at the front desk. Every number on this page is a floor.

What this means for a franchise system

This is the power of a franchise on Roeme: the brand arrives in each new market already wanted. Nashville drew 90 creator applications almost before its doors were on the platform. In Charleston, a city where Roeme runs no NOW campaigns, a creator added the brand to her Local Edit on her own, praising her favorite therapist by name.

The boutiques ran visits. Roeme did the rest: matched the creators, built every Local Edit, tracked every link and captured every claim.

Put an army of local voices to work.

Roeme helps multi-market brands run the same creator playbook in every city, and see exactly which creators deliver, everywhere.
