From one night to an ongoing program
The room became the roster.
On October 8, BODYROK Preston Forest hosted two Fall Club classes for Dallas creators. Confirmed guests were enrolled in its rewards program, so the night came with a link to keep sharing.

Two classes, one night
More requests than spots, in both classes.
BODYROK Preston Forest hosted a 5:30 and a 7:30 Fall Club class for local creators. As cancellations came in, Roeme moved people up from the waitlist. The goal was simple: introduce more people to BODYROK, get them talking, and bring new clients through the door. The event wasn't the whole plan.

More than a class
The invitation came with a link.
Each confirmed guest got a personal link to share a $20 first class. No new application, no waiting for the next event. For the guest, the class was the introduction. For the studio, the link is how that introduction can lead to more.

Where it started
A relationship built across studios.
Atlanta first. Dallas and Houston more recently.
BODYROK started with Roeme at Inman Park and Midtown in Atlanta. North Georgia followed. Dallas is where the event and the rewards program came together.

What happens next
The event ends. The links don't.
What those creators share, and how many new clients their links bring in, gets measured over time. The part that matters is already in place: people who came to the studio have a way to keep recommending it, with rewards tied to the business they bring in.
If you're considering it
The playbook.
- Enroll confirmed guests before the night.
- Give them a real experience to talk about.
- Let the links measure what comes after.
How it works
For businesses →- 01ShareA regular, staff member or creator sends their link.
- 02ClaimA friend claims the offer and books or buys.
- 03CreditThe sale is credited to the person who sent them.
- 04RewardThe sharer earns toward a reward.
