Turn one night into a network.

A good event gives people something to talk about. They discover a place, try it for themselves and leave with a story. The question is what happens after everyone goes home. In short: invite the right guests, give them one thing to recommend, and enroll them in your program before they arrive.

01

The right guests matter more than a packed room.

A full room isn't automatically a room full of future customers. The guest list works best when people have a reason to be there and a real interest in what you do.

That might be local creators who can introduce you to new people, customers who already love you, or a mix of both. The goal isn't just turnout. It's relationships that still matter once the event is over.

02

Give people something specific to recommend.

The most useful recommendations come from experience. Someone who has taken the class, had the facial or met the team has more to tell a friend than someone who has only seen your name.

That's a big part of why events work. They make a business real to the people in the room. The content and the buzz on the day are valuable on their own. A memorable experience can also turn into recommendations later, when a friend asks where to go. When guests do share, encourage them to mention they have a link.

How Roeme connects the two

Confirmed guests leave with a way to keep sharing.

When you attach your rewards program to a Roeme event, every guest you confirm is added to that program automatically, and their personal link is ready before they arrive. Guests who are still waitlisted or waiting for approval aren't added until they're confirmed.

  2. AutomaticallyThey join your programwith a personal link, ready before they walk in.
  3. At the eventThey try it themselvesthe class, the treatment, the food, the team.
  4. AfterwardIf they recommend youfriends can use their link, next week or next month.

What events already deliver

  • A firsthand experience
  • Content and reach on the day
  • New relationships

What the program adds

  • A link each guest already has
  • More chances to recommend you, long after the day
  • Activity you can see afterward

03

After the event, keep it light.

A good moment to share is when a friend asks how it was. Roeme sends guests a reminder of where to find their link, so there's no second sign-up and nothing for your team to chase.

Whether to share is up to each guest, and not everyone will. That's fine. The point is that the people who genuinely liked it have an easy way to say so. Other businesses on Roeme can also join your event with gifting or a pop-up, which gives guests one more thing to talk about.

What a friend gets

$79 2-Week UnlimitedThrough any guest's link
  • The room. Roeme creators and barre3's own community, with guests approved by request.
  • The experience. A class, refreshments and time with the team, plus two more classes to use that month, so guests had more than one visit to talk about.
  • The link. barre3's rewards program was attached, so every confirmed guest had a personal link before class started.
  • The reason to keep going. A free class to start, building up to months of Unlimited for the people who keep recommending it.

This shows how the event was set up. It isn't a claim about what it has sold.

04

Look beyond attendance.

Start with the usual measures. Who confirmed? Who came? What content came out of it, and what relationships started? Those still matter.

Then look at what happened next, step by step:

  1. Confirmed
  2. Attended
  3. Link taps
  4. Claims
  5. Matched

A matched purchase is a useful signal alongside attendance, reach and the relationships built in the room. On its own, it doesn't prove the purchase wouldn't have happened anyway.

An event can speed up a program. It doesn't have to start one.

You can build a referral network with your customers, members and local creators without ever hosting an event. An event is one more way to introduce people to your business, give them something worth talking about, and make it easy to stay connected.

A good event is worth hosting for the day itself. Giving guests an ongoing way to share helps it keep working after the guest list.
