What am I paying for?

A monthly subscription covers the platform, including collabs, events and the Network. Rewards are performance-based: you set what a result is worth and pay it when that result happens. We'll walk through pricing for your business on a call.

How fast can we go live?

In minutes. Connect your booking system, set your new-client offer and rewards, and invite your clients and staff. Your first links can be in group chats the same day.

How do rewards work?

You choose them. Pay a percentage of each sale in cash, or unlock your own classes, treatments and services as referred sales add up. When someone reaches a reward, you approve it and they redeem it with you.

How does a sale get matched to the right person?

Everyone who recommends you has their own link, and every qualifying sale is credited to the person who sent that client. Roeme integrates with Mindbody and Boulevard to match sales automatically, and can work with any other system. We'll show you how it fits yours on a call.

Who can recommend my business?

Anyone who loves it. Clients, staff, instructors and local creators can all join your rewards program and get their own link.

What's the difference between rewards, collabs and events?

Rewards programs run all year and pay people for the sales they drive. Collabs bring in local creators for content and awareness around a launch or season. Events create a moment people show up for and post about. Run one, or use them together.

Do you work with multi-location brands and franchises?

Yes. Each location or franchisee runs its own community, and you see results across every location in one place.

What is the Network?

Every other business on Roeme is a potential partner: the studio that would co-host with you, the cafe for your pop-up, the med spa that wants to swap gifting. Browse businesses and message them directly.

My category can't pay per patient. Does this still work?

Yes. Medspas, chiropractors and other medical services have their own rules, and Roeme supports programs built for them. We'll walk you through the right setup for your category on a call.
