• On mobile applications downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or similar mobile app vendor platform.

Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features. Information You Provide to Us

 

Often, users choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information in order for you to use, and in order for us to provide you with the Site and services you access through the Site.

The information we collect on or through our Site may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site, including name, address, phone number, and/or e-mail address. This includes information provided at the time of creating an account to use our Site or application(s), purchasing services through our Site, posting material, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Site.

• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

• Details of transactions you carry out through our Site and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Site, including credit card or bank account information. Roeme utilizes Stripe as its payment processor and all purchases made through the Site will be directed to Stripe for payment processing. You will be required to accept the Stripe terms and conditions before making a purchase through Stripe.

• If you choose to create a Roeme user account to use a Roeme application, you will need to provide your name, phone number, e-mail address and password. You can choose to add further information to your account, such as a photo. Your profile information, including your name, photo, past and upcoming reservations, favorite studios, friend connections and other profile information will be collected and made visible to other users.

• If you are a business user, we will ask for the following information about your business: business legal name and any “doing business as” or “d/b/a/”, phone number, email, tax identification number and details regarding your business such as the staff (such as class instructors or trainers) who provide your services. Information you provide about your staff, including names and photographs, will be made public to other users.

• Other information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site. This includes requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Site.

 

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information Collected from Other Sources

If you do this, we will receive some of your Instagram account information. Exactly what information we receive will depend on your settings with the third-party network, but typically we receive your basic public profile information such as your username, email address, age range, gender, chosen language, country, friends list and any other public information.

Our partners may choose to provide us with information about you regarding your use of their facilities and/or services.

We will also send communications about the Site, updates, reminders, and promotional messages in accordance with your communication preferences. We may also contact you regarding a reservation you have made with one of our partners, including messaging from the partner or another user of the Site.

• To provide features which allow users to connect with and be found by other users of the Site.

• For research, analysis, record keeping and reporting purposes to test, develop and implement new products and services and to learn more about our customer base

• To maintain Site security, including but not limited to verification of identity, investigation of potential fraud and/or violations of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, or our End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

• To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Site.

• In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

• If you create a user account to use a Roeme application, your name, photo, past and upcoming reservations, favorite studios, friend connections and other profile information will be visible to other users.

• If you are a business user and you provide us with information about your staff (including names and pictures), this information will be made public to other users.

• To any partner that makes available a class, activity or experience you reserve or use through our Site as a user and their third-party providers, so that they can process the applicable reservation or activity and make available classes and services to you.

• In connection with an actual or potential merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, acquisition, joint venture, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Roeme's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Roeme about our Site users is among the assets transferred.

• To any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court, or other third -party where we believe disclosure is necessary as a matter of applicable law or regulation, to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
