Delete your Instagram or TikTok data from Roeme

If you connected an Instagram or TikTok account to Roeme, you can remove our access and the information we collected from it at any time. Here is how.
If you can sign in to Roeme
- To disconnect one account, go to Account › Socials and choose Disconnect next to Instagram or TikTok.
- To delete everything, go to Account › Delete account.
If you can’t sign in
- Instagram or Facebook: remove Roeme from the apps connected to your account. In Facebook, that’s Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations; in Instagram, Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites. If you connected through a Meta business portfolio, remove Roeme from Business Settings › Integrations › Connected apps.
- TikTok: open Settings and privacy › Security and permissions › Manage app permissions, and remove Roeme.
You can also email us and we’ll delete it for you. Write from the email on your Roeme account, or include the phone number on your Roeme account so we can find it: support@getroeme.com
What we delete
When you disconnect in Account › Socials, we delete our access to the account and the posts, videos and counts we collected from it right away. If you remove Roeme in Instagram, Facebook or TikTok instead, we delete it once the platform tells us or refuses our next hourly read. We complete emailed requests within 30 days. Records of rewards you have already earned stay, without the content. We never store copies of your photos, videos or Stories.
If Instagram or Facebook gave you a confirmation code after you removed Roeme, it shows at the top of this page when you open the link they sent.
