Barre3 combines Strength, Pilates, Cardio, and Mindfulness to build long, lean muscles and functional strength.
Our workouts are designed for all bodies and provides supportive modifications for every posture. You'll leave feeling balanced in both body and mind.
The location is beautiful with tons of natural light and fully equipped with two changing rooms that include lockers and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio provides towel service and purified water. No experience required.
Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire and bring a water bottle. They have filtered water and supply all props including a barre3 core ball, light weights, yoga strap, Pilates mat and of course a ballet barre. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.
Studio is located in the Brookwood Place development. There is plenty of free parking at the east side of the complex. For your content, we'd love for you to focus on a "come with me" vibe, highlighting your experience! **only apply if you can meet the timeline & deliverables**
