The demand keeps growing. The commitment doesn’t.
Spavia opens up eight creator appointments per month across Atlanta and Charlotte. Those visits have generated 462 clicks from 281 consumers, and among collaborations tracked from start to finish, 62% arrived after the collaboration had closed.
How an appointment becomes an ongoing referral channel
A creator applies to a Spavia campaign, books one of the month's appointments, visits the spa and publishes a post. That is the campaign, and the post is the start of it. The post keeps working on its own long after it goes up, circulating on her feed and reaching people months after the visit.
Another thing that outlasts the campaign is the Local Edit, the creator's own recommendation page, listing the places she endorses and carrying a tracked link to Spavia. The Local Edit lives on her profile alongside her posts, so anyone who visits her page for any reason can find it, whether or not a campaign is running.
All 73 completed collaborations generate both a post and a unique creator link, which lives on forever in their Local Edit.
A lead is what Roeme calls it when someone drops their information on a creator's link to claim a Spavia offer. That means a full name, an email address and a phone number, handed over to claim a specific deal. It is a far stronger signal than a click.
The recommendations keep working after the appointment ended
Per Roeme's campaign data for Spavia, most clicks arrive after the collaboration has already closed. Spavia commits the appointment once, but the content and recommendation can keep sending consumers afterward.

One creator's link shows the pattern up close
She visited Chamblee once on April 23rd, and her link has produced clicks in every month since.
Her tracked link has generated 57 clicks since one April visit. Real data from a recent Spavia creator.
One visit, three months of clicks, and a link that never stops working.
“Literally my FAVORITE place for monthly massages in Atlanta. My followers ask me for the link all the time bc they know I'm obsessed”
Kaylie White, Atlanta creator
The creators behind the results
Spavia makes up to five creator appointments available at Chamblee and up to three at SouthPark each month, and the team controls when those visits can be booked. That limited availability has not limited interest: 203 creators have applied for 30 available spots since April, nearly seven for every opening.
Applications to the Chamblee campaign each month, where up to five appointments are available per cycle.
With more creators applying than Spavia can accept, the team does not have to take whoever is available. It can select for local relevance, content quality, brand fit and audience alignment. Creators who are not selected in one cycle can reapply the next month, which keeps the applicant pool active.
The most important thing about all of them? They are local creators, not just influencers. 42 of the 62 creators with follower data on record sit under 25,000 followers, and the table below shows why that is no limitation. The follower counts jump around, because a bigger following does not always mean bigger local results: the top link belongs to a creator with about 9,000 followers, while one with over 200,000 sits far down the list at 25 clicks.
| Creator following | Clicks produced | |
|---|---|---|
| 9,085 | 73 | |
| 19,100 | 58 | |
| 8,712 | 57 | |
| 46,000 | 39 | |
| 8,318 | 38 | |

Takeaway: Spavia could never have picked these creators by follower count.
| Creators included in the comparison, split by current follower count | Share of reach | Share of leads |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000+ followers | 75% | 62% |
| Under 10,000 followers | 25% | 38% |
Real campaign data from Spavia in Roeme.
Roeme only sees tracked-link taps and offer claims. If someone hears the recommendation, searches Spavia and books directly—or texts the spa's name to a friend without the tracked link—that activity does not appear here. The click and lead totals on this page are therefore floors, not ceilings.
What this means for an appointment-based business
Spavia rewards creators with appointments it already controls. What it gets back is a post that keeps circulating, a link that keeps sending people, and a name attached to every one of them.
Nothing was re-bought, re-negotiated or re-launched to make that happen. The recommendations simply stayed where the creators put them.
Spavia ran the appointments. Roeme did the rest: matched the creators, built every Local Edit, tracked every link, 73 times over, without the spa managing any of it by hand.
Put an army of local voices to work.
Roeme turns a fixed number of appointments a month into a standing queue of local creators, and keeps their recommendations working long after each visit.
