The campaigns end. The roster doesn’t.
Eighteen months of monthly campaigns — three creator spots a month per owner — gave Project LeanNation a roster of 87 local creators across Atlanta and Charlotte. Together, they completed 89 collaborations and generated at least 152,579 post views.
How a collaboration becomes an ongoing referral channel
A creator takes one of her location's three monthly spots, receives a meal package and publishes a post. The post can continue circulating after the collaboration ends.
Each completed collaboration also adds or refreshes Project LeanNation's recommendation on the creator's Local Edit, her personal recommendation page. Its tracked link stays live after the campaign, giving Roeme a way to measure the traffic that creator sends over time.
What eighteen months built
local creators recommending Project LeanNation, discovered one collaboration at a time. The roster has grown every quarter since launch.
Counted by first completed collaboration, across all three locations. 2026 Q3 is still open and is not shown.
Across 89 completed collaborations, 87 distinct creators joined the roster. Each creator added another local voice recommending the brand, allowing Project LeanNation to expand beyond a single creator or audience in exchange for PLN gifted meals & smoothie.
Creator interest has never been the constraint. Since April alone, 175 applications have come in from 128 different creators — roughly seven for every spot available.
The first tracked links are already producing
Link tracking opened on this account on April 30th. In under three months, the first eight creators with live links have sent 183 taps from 134 different people — and five of the eight have already passed 20 taps.
| Creator following | Taps produced | |
|---|---|---|
| 12,100 | 49 | |

| 2,244 | 30 | |

“Meal prep I actually look forward to! My friends kept asking what I eat during the week, so now I just send them my page”

The creators behind the roster
Those 87 creators arrived one collaboration at a time, across three locations under two separate owners. They are locals recommending a place they already go, not influencers brought in for reach.
Creators are small by design: of the 73 roster creators with a follower count on record, 49 sit under 10,000 followers and 62 under 25,000.
Takeaway: Project LeanNation could never have picked these creators by follower count.
| Creators included in the comparison, split by current follower count | Share of reach | Share of leads |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000+ followers | 28% | 38% |
| Under 10,000 followers | 72% | 62% |
Real campaign data from Project LeanNation in Roeme.
Roeme only sees tracked-link taps. If someone hears the recommendation, searches Project LeanNation and orders directly—or shares the brand name without the tracked link—that activity does not appear here. The tap totals on this page are therefore floors, not ceilings.
What this means for a local business
Project LeanNation rewards creators with meal packages. What it gets back is a roster: 87 local voices, each with a post that keeps circulating, a link that keeps sending people, and data on where those people came from.
The collaboration that closed in May is still sending taps in July. The one closing this month will still be working in the fall. Nothing about the monthly commitment changed to make that happen — three spots a month per owner, eighteen months in a row. The recommendations simply stayed where the creators put them.
Project LeanNation ran the packages. Roeme did the rest: matched the creators, built every Local Edit, kept every link live, 89 times over, without either owner managing any of it by hand.
Put an army of local voices to work.
Roeme runs the collaborations and keeps every creator and their live link in one place, so a monthly commitment turns into a roster that grows every quarter.
