Café OLIVIA is a chef-driven café in the Dallas Arts Tower that cooks without seed oils. Olivia's Table is their preview dinner: the brunch menu before it launches, cocktails paired to each course, and a matcha bar at golden hour. You take home a matcha bowl and whisk. Parking is free under the building.
