Ride 45 is their signature class, packed with sprints, heavy hills, and a weight track to sculpt and tone your body. With options ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, plus high-intensity HIIT and sculpt rides, there's a perfect class for every fitness level and goal!

Wear athletic clothes and footwear. If you have bike shoes with clips bring those and a water bottle. Shoes are available for rent for $3 and water bottles are available for purchase.

For this campaign,  focus on creating a “come-with-me” experience that showcases the experience rather than simply giving a tour!!
