OTF is a high-energy group workout taps into EPOC (aka the afterburn effect), meaning you keep burning calories for up to 38 hours post-class. Each 60-minute class mixes treadmill sprints, rowing, strength training, and more—all in a vibe-filled, supportive environment that keeps you coming back. Wear tennis shoes to class & bring a water bottle! For your content, we'd love for you to focus on a "come with me" experience that highlights the effectiveness of the workout, the tech & how you felt! **only apply if you can meet the timeline & deliverables**
