Campaign: Need to Know
My Vinyasa Practice is a projection free, donation-based yoga studio located on South Congress Ave in Austin, Tx. We offer multiple yoga class styles in-studio including Flow, Power, Gentle, Candlelit Slow Flow, Restorative & Sound, and Yin Yoga. Our teachers hold space for all levels of practitioners. Whether you have been practicing for years or are just getting started, all are welcome!
Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.
Upon arrival, check in at the front desk, take off your shoes and place them and your general belongings in the cubbies in the lobby.
Please bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle
We have $3 mat rentals and props you are welcome to use for class.
Easy and available free parking in front of the studio.
