Campaign: Need to Know
Barre3 combines Strength, Pilates, Cardio, and Mindfulness to build long, lean muscles and functional strength.
Our workouts are designed for all bodies and provides supportive modifications for every posture. You'll leave feeling balanced in both body and mind.
First-time clients are required to arrive 5-10 minutes early - no late arrivals will be permitted for new clients.
Existing clients: no late arrivals permitted in any b3 Strength, b3 Cardio, or any 6am classes. Wear yoga-like attire (grip socks are optional) and bring a water bottle.
We'll supply all props needed.
Located at 2480 Briarcliff Road Northeast Suite 20A, Atlanta, GA 30329 in the Brighten Park Shopping Center, next to Lidl Grocer Market.
